Planning for a Summer 2027 litter!

Our puppies start at $3,000 and require a $500 non refundable deposit. Puppies come with AKC Limited registration, first round of vaccines, multiple deworming , micro-chipped, and receive a puppy well exam.

We are currently in the process of finishing Piper’s final health clearances and titles before breeding. We strive for quality not quanity when producing puppies. We are already researching and traveling to shows to find the perfect stud to compliment Piper. We strive to produce dual purpose Labradors that conform to the AKC standards of conformation, while still being able to perform a job. At the same time having that friendly easy going temperament that has kept the Labrador Retriever AKC’s most popular breed for 31 years till 2025!

Puppies are raised indoor with other dogs and children. We utilize the Bio-Sensor program utilized by the US Military and Rule of Sevens. The Bio-Sensor program helps to improve the development of the puppy’s neurological system through early stimulation and stress. In turn this helps to improve heart rate, stress tolerance, and immune function in adulthood. Puppies are handled/socialized daily, as well as introduced to many different sounds and environmental stimuli. We utilize ‘The Rule of 7’s”. In its most simplest terms puppies are introduced to 7 new surfaces, 7 new toys, 7 new people, been in 7 new locations, eat from 7 different containers, and in 7 different locations by the time they are 8 weeks old. As puppies get older they will be introduced to bumpers, wings, and birds. This early introduction helps to engrain the scent into them at an early age. Weather permitting pups will be introduced to water as well.

To make them easier to transition to their new homes they are also introduced to potty training and crate training. We begin potty training by having a designated potty area in the whelping area beginning as early as 3 weeks old. Crate training is introduced by allowing puppies to enjoy their meals in open crates. Additionally puppies also receive weekly nail trims, including introduction to a dremel, and will have received several baths. New owners are encouraged to continue this in order to make grooming into adulthood a breeze.
